Have a guest sit down in a chair and be blindfolded. Tell the guest they have two minutes to find as many diaper pins as possible strictly by sifting through the rice using hands only. Grab Bag Surprise -- Take some common baby items and put one item in a brown paper lunch bag and staple shut. Get a medium sized baby doll (large enough that a size 1 diaper would fit properly) and a supply of diapers, 1 per guest is sufficient. Ask each guest to try their hand at changing the baby's diaper in record time. A certain level of consistency with the quality of the diaper change needs to be assessed to determine the winner here. Whoever properly changes the diaper in the fastest amount of time wins. The best part is, the diapers can be given to the expectant mom.
